It’s official.  I, Sara Ouellette, have officially entered the blogging world.  Let me introduce you to Holistically Nuts!  A blog for natural and holistic living…by ME!  I’m looking forward to sharing everything I know about holistic health with YOU.

So what’s new?  Beyond Vitality!  I'm very excited about the launch of Beyond Vitality’s new website!  This has been an amazing year already, with so many advancements in the field of holistic health, nutrition and fitness, as well as new ways for me to keep in touch with all of you.  Watch out, here comes the Holistic Nutritionist!

First of all, I’m starting a monthly newsletter, called Vitality Club, to share all the latest news, recipes, health tips, workshops and much more.  I've done my best to jam pack it full of interesting information and helpful tips.  If you haven't signed up for the e-mail list…what are you waiting for?!?!  It’s simple.  You can sign up at the top, where it says Join Sara’s Vitality Club and that way you'll be sure of getting every future issue of the newsletter.  And trust me, I don't like unnecessary spam any more than you do!  I won't be sending you constant useless e-mails.  So please sign up!

For those of you that don’t know me already, you can do so by clicking here.  I am originally from Northern Ontario, Canada. I’m proud to be a Canadian citizen, who has travelled to live in Venezuela, and is now heading to live in Trinidad and Tobago for a while.  Yes I’m all over the place!  I love to explore the superfoods, alternative and traditional health modalities of other countries.  I’m healthy, I’m alive…so what better time to travel than NOW.  That makes my “office” global!  Whether I’m on the beach or trekking in the jungle, I’m always there for YOU.

I am proud to say that most of my services are available in English, French and Spanish, to everyone, no matter where you are on the globe.  Thank goodness for the net!  Check out my Services and Rates to see what I offer.

It's hard to imagine something even MORE exciting than a monthly newsletter packed with nutritional goodness, but there’s more!  Here and there, I've been filming a series of short videos just for YOU.  I really love doing them... it's a way for me to speak directly to you, and to be honest about my health discoveries.
